Only one could Spk English who was in the dinning room. Being a 4 star no room service. Had to go out for lunch or dinner. There was tall well built guy at the reception was very rude to us.

All in all I wish I could have written a great review but for the price I paid it just wasn’t worth
On the plus side Mr. Yu, Jin Yoo and Ms. Sun, Young Oh did an OUTSTANDING job trying to fix the issues. Great view of the ocean but not worth the price.
I was impressed with the post for Hotel Solaire. It seemed a bit pricey but I wanted to give it a try. Upon arrival I was greeted by the Hotel Front desk and was really happy. Check in took a few seconds so all was good. I went to my room on the 11th floor and upon opening the door I noticed a sewage smell was strong. I figured I would turn on the exhaust fans in the 2 bathrooms but only one worked. I noticed several hairs in the bathrooms. I waited for 3 hours for the smell to clear but it did not. I went to go to the front desk but the number (1) on one of elevators did not work. I finally got to the front desk and said my suite smells really bad and I want to change rooms, but I had a hard time getting down because one of the elevator buttons did not work. I spoke with Mr. Yu, Jin Yoo and Ms. Sun, Young Oh and they said they would check my room and move me right away. They said they knew about the elevator problem. I said then why don’t you just put a sign on it? I was finally moved to another room. It was much smaller but really nice. All in all I wish I could have written a great review but for the price I paid it just wasn’t worth it. The Housekeeping staff needs some leadership and training to prevent these issues.

패밀리룸 4명 기준인 룸에 아침 식사 포함을 예약했는데 성인 2인만 아침식사 포함이라니 이 부분은 부킹닷컴에서 설명도 없었고 호텔의 문제인건지, 상식적으로 룸 인원 기준으로 아침식사가 책정되지 않나요? 3명이 갔는데 별도로 2만원 내라고 할때부터 오랜만의 여행이였는데 기분이 안좋아졌습니다. 가족 여행 패밀리룸은 비추입니다.
